I embroidered this 'Whoo Loves Ya Baby?' owl onto greystone linen which is a beggar to use. Intense painting and embroidered detail were combined to create a really bright and cheerful character for a special lady client who I had met on one of my workshops.
Commissioning is a lovely process and when I delivered this piece my client was so happy with it she cried. I then cried, we both cried and then we pulled ourselves together and ordered a coffee. Lovely memories.

I create approximately 3 pieces of embroidered artwork per year.
